The following courses are for real estate licensing and continuing education:
Get your real estate license with the 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-License Course.
Required for those with a Sales Associate license who is up for renewal for the very first time. Sales Associate “must” take this course “before” renewing their license.
Sales Associate may also take the GRI Course at NEFAR.
Required for license renewal. A variety of courses are also available, & most are offered for free, at NEFAR.
If your Sales Associate license has been involuntarily inactive for “more than” 12 months but “less than” 24 months, you can reactivate your license by taking the 28-hour reactivation course.
If your Sales Associate license has been involuntarily inactive for more than 24 months, you’ll have to take the 63-hour Floria Real Estate Pre-License Course again.
