Katrina is professional when it comes to her doing her job. I have nothing negative to say when it came to her helping me and my family finding a new home as well as helping sell our old home. Katrina was always available when I had questions and very honest.

There are a lot of realtors in Jacksonville. Some are good, some are great....and then there's Katrina. She is great!

Katrina is the best! Great personality and always has a smile on her face. She is honest which is very hard to find. I absolutely love working with her.

They did such a great job helping me and my family find our dream home with their care and concern, that I decided to be become a real estate agent myself. Now I'm a realtor at River Birch.

The best in the business.... if you are looking for a new home River Birch Realty should be your first stop!!!

This is the second home in which we have purchased with Katrina in the last 5 years. She is a pleasure and joy to work with and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. From initial contact too final close and move in she was there to assist in any way possible. Very thoughtful in the properties she presented to us and mindful of our wishes in each case it was just what we wanted… Sixth property I have purchased, and she is one of the best I’ve worked with.

I am a returning customer for Katrina as she assisted with the initial purchase the town house which was a GREAT DEAL. When in it was time to sell Katrina did another outstanding job as our listing agent for the sale of our townhouse. She was very knowledgeable in the markets geographical area and was pivotal in determining a comprehensive selling price. Katrina always considered the current inventory and market. She was involved in all aspects of the closing process. She is friendly, responsive and consistently gave great advice. I would recommend Katrina if you want knowledge and results with your real estate needs.
