Dulce D. Lake

Dulce D. Lake is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. She has over 25 years experience in the real estate field (Residential Sales and Property Management, Acquisition Agent for the City of Jacksonville, and was an Assistant Project Manager for a major engineering firm). Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Prior to moving to Florida, was a former resident of Manila, Philippines and had a career in the field of hotel management as a Director of Food and Beverage Division of Manila Manor Hotel. And was a Seminar Coordinator for a major Business School (MBA), Asian Institute of Management, which gave her the opportunity to travel to Asian countries, like Malaysia and Singapore.

Enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and sailing, home decorating.
